Replan is excited to announce that International Beverages Tashkent (IBT), the PepsiCo bottler in Uzbekistan, has selected Replan’s innovative production planning solution to fuel its growth and modernisation. This builds upon an initial Pilot that demonstrated significant increases in product availability while dramatically improving capacity utilisation and inventory investment.

Operating multiple interchageable bottling lines and a canning line across two plants, IBT continuously seeks innovation, modern high-tech production lines and modern solutions. In addition to helping grow its customer’s brands, it strives to be a responsible member of the communities in which it operates, and to make efficient use of the natural resources it consumes.

Supply chain excellence is what makes it possible to deliver on brand promises, natural resource stewardship and customer expectations!

“We’re growing! We need additional capacity to support that expansion and to be able to plan and execute better” stated Arman Shakenov, Supply Chain Director at IBT. “Working together with Replan, our plant management teams demonstrated the potential to automate our production planning while better managing prebuilds and increasing product availability to consumers. Replan enables us to analyse multiple scenarios, improve our budgeting as it allows many different parameters to be taken into account and really prepare for growth.”

IBT in Uzbekstan marks Replan’s first customer in Asia and the first deployment in the PepsiCo supply chain. “We’re excited at this opportunity to help a key PepsiCo bottler improve its operations and to effect change across the globe. This is a major endorsement of our mission to streamline complex supply chain planning and our innovation record”, remarked Richie Barter, CEO of Replan.
