Replan is excited to announce that Britvic has selected Replan to power its journey towards resilience, efficiency, responsiveness and continued market success. This builds upon the initial Pilot that demonstrated potential increases in production throughput and planning cycle time, and reductions in changeover time and inventory.

Listed on the London Stock Exchange, Britvic is an international soft drinks business who specialise in soft drink production in the UK, South America and Europe. Their products are exported to more than 100 countries around the world where they own several leading brands.

The company has enjoyed strong performance over recent years but the ever-changing demand and supply landscape meant they were keen to explore how to further harness technology within their planning processes.

“We evaluated several software solutions and chose Replan for its potential to model the details of our day-to-day operations and work with our ERP and existing planning systems” stated Ben Tootell, Director of Demand and Supply Planning at Britvic. “Replan’s ability to get us up and running on their AWS cluster within a week of contracts, and their responsiveness to our needs make them a valuable partner.”

Acknowledging the significance of this milestone in our journey with Britvic, Richie Barter, CEO Replan, said, “We’re honored and grateful for the opportunity to streamline Britvic’s supply chain planning and to deliver measurable benefits. This furthers our commitment to driving better decision centric planning at the world’s leading F&B manufacturers.”
